You are welcome to place an order with us in your choice of two ways:
We will send you the quotation within 2 working days. Due to many factors affecting the availability of aquatic life, not all species are available at all times. New shipments arrive at our facilities daily, and every day specimens that have successfully passed our thorough health examination become available. Then, only we will reserve it for you and include into our quotation list.
It’s our policy never to automatically substitute a size or species if what you requested is unavailable. We work closely with our customers and aquatic suppliers to ensure you receive exactly what you order. If your selection is out of stock, we will suggest alternates with your confirmation.
AquariumExporter.com only accepts money orders. All payment shall be paid to the following banks accounts:
* 100% money transfer in advance required (only valid for new customers and transport by air)
All orders are shipped via our Airlines Business Partner . The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your item #’s and Airway Bill tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order upon scheduled arrival. Please note, we strongly encourage someone to be available at the time of delivery to prevent the aquatic life from being exposed to the elements and extreme temperatures.
All live species orders will include a printed version of our detailed acclimation Guide. Please follow the steps outlined in this guide carefully to ensure the good health of your new arrivals.
We will accept Dead on Arrival (DOA) claims up to 95% of your total order. Please kindly contact our claim department for reimbursement. Photos of the dead product must be provided to fasten the claim process.
